About Tiffany Moujaes
Tiffany graduated from the Lebanese American University in 2016 with a B.S in Graphic Design (Digital emphasis). Her senior project, which revolved around the topic of creative continuity, earned her an award of “Excellency in Graphic Design” along with an “Adopt a creative” award from the Leo Burnett, a highly accredited design agency in Beirut. In 2014, she started working at a production house in Beirut called “The Council”, where she spent a year and a half working on projects that involved motion graphics, UX/UI design, 2D animation and 3D modeling for local and international TV shows/web series. She also participated in the Mishkal arts festival held in “Masrah al Madinat”. After leaving “The Council”, she ventured into the freelance world where she took on many projects related to 2D animation and branding for companies like Republique, MyoClinic, Fincorp.. and yearly events/festivals held by the Municipality of Dhour Choueir. Later that year her illustrations were featured in the “Beirut is..” exhibition held by “Use for Fun” in Clemenceau. In 2016 she started doing scenography (emphasis on set design) for theatricalproductions that included LAU’s Major production “The Prophet’s Anonym” in 2016, and many student productions such as “The Little Prince”, “The Fall of the House of Usher”, “No Exit”, “Gender as it could be” and many more held in both campuses. She continued in theater to work as an animator/projection mapping technician for Lina Khourys play “Haky Rjeil” held in Masrah al Madinat, that included a live interaction between the actors and the animations. In 2017, she went to receive certification in FX Makeup from the Cinema Makeup School (CMS) located in Los Angeles, California. This involved specializing in character and prosthetic makeup for film and theater. In 2018, she founded “tuffsfx”, dedicated to offering FX makeup services for film and theater after working in two narrative feature films and many student shorts.
